Key Responsibilities
- Conduct property inspections across the private rented sector
- Enforce housing legislation including HHSRS assessments
- Deal with complaints relating to disrepair, overcrowding, and poor housing conditions

- Work closely with landlords, tenants, and internal teams
- Support wider housing initiatives, including licensing where required
Requirements
- Previous experience within a local authority private sector housing team

- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (for site visits)
