Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a broadrange of generalpractice surveying servicesacrosscommercial property.
- Undertake property inspectionsand prepare high-quality reports.
- Carry out valuationwork in accordancewith RICS RedBook standards whereappropriate.
- Assist with landlordand tenant matters, lease advisory andprofessional consultancyinstructions.
- Conduct market researchandprovide informed propertyadvice to clients.
- Build and maintainstrong client relationshipswhileworking collaborativelywith colleagues acrossmultiple service lines.
About You
Essential:
- MRICS qualified.
- Experience within acommercial property consultancyor general practiceenvironment.
- Strong analytical, communication and report-writing skills.
- Commercial awareness anda proactive approachto clientservice.
- Full UK drivinglicence.
Desirable:
- RICS Registered Valuerstatus.
- Experience undertaking RedBook valuations.
- Knowledge of theManchester and NorthWest commercial propertymarket.
- Ability to managea variedworkload across multipleservice lines.
