We are currently seeking an experienced Project Surveyor to support the delivery of planned works programmes within a social housing environment. This role will involve managing a range of refurbishment projects, with a particular focus on heating installations and full kitchen replacement programmes, ensuring works are delivered to programme, budget, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver planned works programmes including kitchens, heating upgrades, and general refurbishment works
- Manage contractors on site, monitoring performance, quality, and progress
- Prepare specifications, schedules of works, and tender documentation
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Carry out site inspections and oversee works through to completion
- Liaise with tenants, stakeholders, and internal teams
Requirements
- Experience working as a Project or Building Surveyor within social housing or a similar environment
- Strong experience in planned works programmes, particularly kitchens and heating upgrades
- Proven background in contractor management and project delivery
