Urgent Interim Business Partner – P2P Hybrid working (2–3 days on site). Rate: Negotiable (Outside IR35). Start Date: ASAP.

Currently seeking an experienced Interim Business Partner – Purchase to Pay (P2P) to support a large Shared Service Centre within a complex, multi-divisional organisation. This role is critical in stabilising a recently implemented P2P shared service model, improving operational performance, and strengthening senior stakeholder engagement across multiple divisions.

The role acts as the key interface between the Shared Service Centre and divisional leadership teams, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and service performance is clearly communicated at senior level.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as primary business partner between SSC P2P and senior divisional stakeholders
  • Managing a complex senior stakeholder group across multiple business units
  • Building strong relationships with Finance leaders and operational Directors
  • Leading escalation management across invoices, suppliers, and payments
  • Driving KPI and SLA performance across divisions
  • Ensuring compliance with procurement and financial controls
  • Providing insight, reporting, and senior-level challenge
  • Identifying and delivering process improvements and stabilisation activity
  • Supporting adoption of standardised shared service ways of working

We are looking for someone with:

  • Strong P2P / AP / Financial experience
