Vivid Resourcing is seeking an Interim Quantity Surveyor for a Council in Scotland. This role centers on managing commercial assets like schools, with a budget of Β£6-7 million per year. The candidate will oversee cost estimating, financial management, procurement, and tendering, while leading a team of QS Assistants.

As a hybrid position, increased presence is expected during school holidays. Ideal candidates will have experience with JCT or NEC contracts. This is an initial 6-month contract with an option for outside IR35 arrangements.
