One of my long standing clients based in the East Midlands is looking for an Estates Consultant on an interim basis for an initial 6 months.

Responsibilities:

  • Landlord and tenant issues, including rent reviews, lease renewals, rent arrears, new lettings
  • General estates management
  • Development of new clients within the Midlands
  • Be the go to person for the Midlands and begin to build a team from scratch.

You must be MRICS for this role, however it isn’t essential to be a Registered Valuer.

It is important that you have prior experience within Estates Management, and asset valuations ideally in a Local Authority setting, however this isn\’t essential.

You would be working in the office for 2-3 days per week and working remotely for the rest of the week. The employer is open to either part-time or full-time for the right candidate.
