Key Responsibilities
- Provide housing-related support to service users
- Support clients to maintain and sustain tenancies
- Carry out risk assessments and support planning
- Liaise with external agencies, local authorities, and support services
- Assist clients with budgeting, benefits, and independent living skills
- Manage caseloads and maintain accurate case notes
- Respond appropriately to safeguarding and welfare concerns
- Conduct property visits and welfare checks where required
Requirements
- Previous experience working within housing support, supported housing, homelessness, or tenancy services
- Strong understanding of safeguarding and vulnerable adults
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage challenging situations professionally
- Enhanced DBS preferred or willingness to obtain one
- Full UK driving licence beneficial but not essential
