What Will You Be Doing?

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be given the keys to run your own business within a business. From sourcing top‑tier candidates to building relationships with niche clients, you'll have full ownership of the 360 recruitment process.

You’ll be:

  • Sourcing high‑quality candidates for specialist roles
  • Winning and managing clients within your niche market
  • Negotiating deals and placing candidates into exciting opportunities
  • Working towards clear KPIs and goals
  • Driving your own progression and success – the more you put in, the more you get out
