Your Role

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you’ll learn how to run a full recruitment desk from day one:

  • Candidate Management: Source, screen, and place candidates into suitable roles
  • Client Relationships: Build long‑term partnerships and understand hiring needs
  • Market Knowledge: Stay up to date with industry trends and salary benchmarks
  • Negotiation: Manage offers and secure outcomes for clients and candidates
  • Compliance: Ensure documentation and processes meet legal standards
