Your Role
- Candidate Management: Source, screen, and place candidates into suitable roles.
- Client Relationships: Build long-term partnerships and understand hiring needs.
- Market Knowledge: Stay up to date with industry trends and salary benchmarks.
- Negotiation: Manage offers and secure outcomes for clients and candidates.
- Compliance: Ensure documentation and processes meet legal standards.
