Our local authority client in Surrey is looking to bring in an interim EHO to help fill a vacancy in their Private Sector Housing Team. The work will revolve around HMOs, HHSRS service requests and serving formal notices.

The main priority for our client is getting someone quality through the door that can hit the ground running immediately, rather than causing further problems. It is expected the contract will last a minimum of 6 months, with an extension to 12 months and beyond highly likely.
