One of my Local Authority clients based in the North West is looking for a Development/Regeneration Surveyor on an interim basis for 6 months. This role can potentially be Outside IR35.
Responsibilities:
- Large Scale Acquisitions
- Experience in leading in CPO (Compulsory Purchase)
- Acquisitions and disposals management
- Mainly Housing focused but some commercial
- Helping structure deals, has a general practice side to it
You must be MRICS for this role, however it isn’t essential to be a Registered Valuer but would be favoured. It is important that you have prior experience within Development and CPO, ideally in a Local Authority setting, however this isn’t essential.
You would be working in the office for 1 day per week and working remotely for the rest of the week (the office is on a main commuter line so easy to access by public transport). The employer is open to either part time or full time for the right candidate.
