We’re seeking an experienced Damp & Mould Surveyor to support a residential portfolio within the public sector. You’ll be responsible for diagnosing and resolving damp, mould, and condensation issues, ensuring properties are safe, compliant, and meet Awaab’s Law requirements.
Key Requirements:
- CSDB or CSTDB qualified (essential)
- Experience working within social housing or local authority environments
- Strong knowledge of building pathology, moisture ingress, and ventilation issues
- Understanding of health & safety and housing compliance standards
Key Responsibilities:
