We’re working with a growing business in Dorset looking for an experienced Finance Manager / Financial Controller to support the finance function during a key period of change and growth. The role will suit a hands-on finance professional comfortable operating across both strategic and operational finance responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day finance operations
  • Manage month-end and reporting processes
  • Produce management accounts and cashflow forecasts
  • Support budgeting and financial planning
  • Improve controls and finance processes
  • Partner with senior stakeholders across the business
  • Support audit and compliance activities

Requirements

  • Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
  • Previous Finance Manager or Financial Controller experience
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
  • Available at short notice preferred

  • £350–450 per day depending on experience
