The client build smart, user-friendly software for hotels. After recent growth, they're looking to expand into new markets and are looking for a Account Executive to help us reach even more hoteliers in the UK. For many future clients, you will be the first point of contact: you qualify leads, give demos and guide hoteliers through the complete sales process.

This will be a first "boots on ground role" leading the growth for the UK market.

What Will You Do?

  • Qualifying leads: You are a pipeline builder. You spot new opportunities, open doors and ensure your calendar is full.
  • Guide the sales process: From first contact to signature, you manage the entire sales process.
  • Create and deliver sales presentations: You tailor your pitch to the unique needs of each hotelier and make a compelling impression.
  • Provide demos: You ask insightful questions to fully understand each prospect’s requirements before presenting. By listening first, you tailor demonstrations of of the solution to their specific needs, while providing expert guidance, industry insights, and in-depth product knowledge that clearly demonstrates the value of the solution.
  • Represent the brand: You confidently communicate our strengths, keep your activities neatly updated in our CRM (Zoho), and attend events to connect with partners and prospects.
  • Know the industry: You stay up-to-date on hospitality trends and competitors to deepen conversations and strengthen our strategy.
  • Collaborate and innovate: You actively brainstorm with our Director of Sales and the team to improve processes, test new approaches, and bring fresh ideas to the table.
  • Create proposals: You translate needs into clear, convincing proposals that win deals.
  • Close deals: You effortlessly turn conversations into long-term client relationships.

Requirements-

What Do We Get From You?

  • Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in sales and lead generation, bonus points if it's in a tech solution relating to the hospitality industry.
  • Fluent in English both spoken and written.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Empathy and persuasive power with a talent for building relationships.
  • You live in England (based in the region between London and the Midlands) and are authorized to work there.
  • You take initiative and like to work proactively and independently.
  • Technically savvy and enthusiastic about innovative solutions.
