The Role The successful candidate will gain broad exposure across a range of commercial property disciplines, including: * Valuation * Landlord & Tenant * Agency and transactional work * Commercial property management * Property inspections and reporting * Lease and property-related advice * Market research and comparable evidence * Supporting senior surveyors on a varied commercial portfolio The role offers genuine general practice experience, providing the opportunity to develop into a well-rounded commercial surveyor while receiving structured APC support. About You We are looking for a RICS-accredited graduate surveyor with relevant commercial property experience, ideally gained within a private practice environment.
