Head of Compliance A large housing and property organisation is seeking an experienced Interim Head of Compliance to lead its compliance, building safety, and M&E functions. The role is responsible for ensuring compliance across a residential property portfolio, including: · Fire safety · Asbestos management · Water hygiene (Legionella) · Gas and electrical compliance · Lift safety · Specialist compliance services You will lead internal compliance and building safety teams, drive delivery of the organisation's asset management strategy, and ensure all statutory and regulatory obligations are met.
