Head of Compliance A large housing and property organisation is seeking an experienced Interim Head of Compliance to lead its compliance, building safety, and M&E functions. The role is responsible for ensuring compliance across a residential property portfolio, including: · Fire safety · Asbestos management · Water hygiene (Legionella) · Gas and electrical compliance · Lift safety · Specialist compliance services You will lead internal compliance and building safety teams, drive delivery of the organisation's asset management strategy, and ensure all statutory and regulatory obligations are met. Key Requirements · Significant experience in compliance, asset management, or building safety. · Strong knowledge of statutory compliance frameworks within housing, property, or construction. · Experience managing compliance, M&E, and building safety teams. · Background in maintenance, construction, property, or asset management. · Experience managing contractors, procurement, and service delivery. · Relevant professional qualification (Degree, HNC, NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent).
