We are looking for an experienced Void Surveyor to work with a social housing provider across the East Midlands.
Duties:
- Survey void properties.
- Identify repairs and works required.
- Produce schedules of works.
- Inspect completed works.
- Liaise with contractors and housing teams.
- Ensure properties are brought back to a lettable standard.
- Manage a number of void properties at the same time.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Void Surveyor or similar.
- Social housing experience is essential.
- Good knowledge of property repairs and maintenance.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently.
