We are seeking a motivated Estate Agent Lettings Coordinator/ Negotiator to deliver a high-quality public sector service (private landlords) and manage a diverse residential portfolio.
The Role
In this hands-on, end-to-end role, you will be the primary point of contact for private landlords and tenants. You will manage the entire lifecycle of a tenancy—from initial marketing and viewings to compliance, maintenance, and rent collection.
Key Responsibilities:
- Portfolio Management: Manage a residential portfolio on behalf of private landlords, ensuring homes remain safe and compliant.
- Lettings Activity: Lead marketing, property viewings, referencing, and move-in processes.
- Compliance & Inspections: Conduct regular property inspections and maintain accurate audit and tenancy records.
- Maintenance & Contractors: Oversee property repairs and manage external contractors effectively.
- Income Management: Monitor rent accounts, maximize income, and take proactive action on arrears.
- Relationship Building: Resolve disputes professionally and build strong, trusting relationships with landlords and partner agencies.
