The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
Vivid’s client in the West Midlands is looking for a Service Charge Analyst for a minimum of six months with a view to extend.
Main duties:
- Prepare and send rent and service charges notifications to all residents
- Ensured leasehold management and service charges are applied accurately and within terms of the leases and current legislation
- Setting and monitoring rent and service charge income budgets and budgets for all other income including reconciliations of income accounts and income related balance sheet accounts
- Dealing with queries regarding service charges, including complaints
- Carry out associated functions to ensure rent and service charge collection is managed efficiently across the business
