We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Housing Officer to join a reputable Housing Association in the North West on an initial 6-month contract. This role will involve managing a busy and complex housing patch, delivering high-quality tenancy and neighbourhood services, and leading on anti-social behaviour (ASB) cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a designated housing patch, ensuring effective tenancy management
  • Handle ASB cases, including complex and high-risk situations
  • Support and guide junior officers within the team
  • Work in partnership with external agencies including Police and Local Authorities
  • Ensure compliance with housing policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Senior Housing Officer or Housing Officer role
  • Strong knowledge of tenancy management and ASB
  • Ability to manage a high-volume caseload
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Able to start at short notice
