We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Housing Officer to join a reputable Housing Association in the North West on an initial 6-month contract. This role will involve managing a busy and complex housing patch, delivering high-quality tenancy and neighbourhood services, and leading on anti-social behaviour (ASB) cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a designated housing patch, ensuring effective tenancy management
- Handle ASB cases, including complex and high-risk situations
- Support and guide junior officers within the team
- Work in partnership with external agencies including Police and Local Authorities
- Ensure compliance with housing policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Senior Housing Officer or Housing Officer role
- Strong knowledge of tenancy management and ASB
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload
