Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a large local authority in the West Midlands who are looking to hire an interim senior contracts lawyer for a 6 rolling contract to cover a gap in their team.

The ideal candidate will:

– Have at least 2 years prior experience working within local government

– Be able to advise on a broad variety of procurement matters within the construction category

– Have prior experience drafting IT contracts and service level agreements

– Be familiar with the 2023 Procurement Act.
