Are you a strategic and customer-focused leader with a passion for public service? We\’re working on behalf of our client to find an exceptional Revenues and Debt Service Manager-a pivotal role at the heart of one of the organisation\’s most vital service areas. As the Revenues and Debt Service Manager, you will take the lead in administering, collecting, and enforcing key income streams, including Council Tax and National Non-Domestic Rates (NNDR). You\’ll be responsible for the direct management of the in-house Council Tax team and will oversee the outsourced NNDR service, ensuring that operations are efficient, compliant, and truly centred around the customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Lead the full revenue lifecycle across billing, collection, recovery, and enforcement. Drive service innovation and continuous improvement aligned with strategic priorities. Manage external partnerships, particularly the outsourced NNDR service provider. Oversee high-quality customer service across all channels-online, phone, and in-person. Ensure operational compliance, robust governance, and quality assurance. Collaborate with the Head of Revenue and Debt to shape long-term strategies and inform budget planning.
