Vivid Resourcing are working exclusively with an SRA regulated firm in central London who need a Residential Property Lawyer to join their team.

Day-to-day responsibilities involve handling a caseload of:

  • Sales & purchases
  • Transfer of Equity
  • Deed of gift

The role can be worked 100% remotely, including training and inductions.

The ideal candidate will be:

  • CILEX or SRA qualified solicitor
  • Able to handle a high caseload with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable working autonomously

You must be IT competent as the firm uses a lot of artificial intelligence to make your caseload more efficient.

Weekly hours: 37

Office presence: Fully remote

Contract length: 3 month rolling (scope to go permanent)
