One of my Local Authority clients based in the East of England is looking for a Senior Estates Surveyor on an interim basis for 6 months on a fully remote basis.
Responsibilities:
- Landlord and tenant issues, including rent reviews, lease renewals, rent arrears, new lettings
- General estates management
- The portfolio is mainly commercial.
- If you have experience in Asset Valuations, this can also be helpful but not required (bonus).
You must be MRICS for this role, however it isn’t essential to be a Registered Valuer.
It is important that you have prior experience within Estates Management, within in a Local Authority setting.
The employer is open to either part time or full time for the right candidate.
