What Will You Be Doing?
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be given the keys to run your own business within a business. From sourcing top‑tier candidates to building relationships with niche clients, you'll have full ownership of the 360° recruitment process.
You’ll be:
- Sourcing high‑quality candidates for specialist roles
- Winning and managing clients within your niche market
- Negotiating deals and placing candidates into exciting opportunities
- Working towards clear KPIs and goals
- Driving your own progression and success – the more you put in, the more you get out. Put simply: source candidates, win clients, do deals.
We care more about character more than credentials. What we’re looking for:
- A recent graduate (any discipline welcome!)
- Competitive and likes to lead from the front
- Target‑driven and thrives under pressure
- A natural communicator with resilience andenergy
- Motivated by goals, growth, and earning potential
- Ideally (but not essential) have experience in customer service
