Vivid Resourcing are working with a growing Local Authority\’s legal team in the North West who are looking for an interim criminal prosecutions lawyer to join their team. The role is open to either qualified solicitor or barristers. This role would require candidates to be able to travel to court in person, on average weekly. The role: Full-time 6 month rolling contract to cover permanent recruitment Court attendance in person weekly Rate: £55-60ph depending on experience Prior Local authority experience is required Candidates must have experience prosecuting the following cases: trading standards, fly tipping, environmental protection, and building control. Ideally candidates would also have prior experience with licensing matters and committees too.
