We're looking for an experienced Outreach Worker to join a Housing Association on an initial 9-month contract, with potential opportunities for extension or temp-to-perm.
Responsibilities include:
- Engaging with individuals who are homeless, rough sleeping or at risk of homelessness.
- Building trusting relationships with vulnerable individuals and helping them access appropriate services.
- Carrying out outreach visits and welfare checks within the community.
- Supporting individuals to access temporary accommodation and move towards permanent housing.
