Are you an experienced Building Surveyor with a passion for social housing? We're looking for a Project Surveyor to oversee planned maintenance and investment programmes across our housing stock. You'll carry out property inspections, supervise contractors on-site, manage snagging and defects, and ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct pre and post-work property inspections.
- Oversee contractors and act as Clerk of Works.
- Monitor quality, compliance, and health & safety on site.
- Prepare schedules of works and technical reports.
- Support planned works programmes including kitchens, bathrooms, roofing, fire safety, and energy efficiency projects.
- Build positive relationships with residents and stakeholders.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience surveying residential properties and diagnosing building defects.
- Knowledge of planned maintenance, capital works, or asset management.
- Experience managing contractors and construction projects.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Full UK driving licence
