We work with organisations across Local Government, NHS, Higher Education and the wider Public Sector, supporting finance teams with experienced interim professionals. Typical assignments may involve:

  • Management accounts preparation

  • Working closely with budget holders and service managers
  • Month-end and year-end processes
  • Identifying financial pressures, risks and savings opportunities
