We are currently seeking an experienced Project Surveyor to support the delivery of planned works programmes within a social housing environment. This role will involve managing a range of refurbishment projects, with a particular focus on heating installations and full kitchen replacement programmes, ensuring works are delivered to programme, budget, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver planned works programmes including kitchens, heating upgrades, and general refurbishment works
  • Manage contractors on site, monitoring performance, quality, and progress
  • Prepare specifications, schedules of works, and tender documentation
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Carry out site inspections and oversee works through to completion
