Stock Condition & EPC Surveyor in Lyndhurst

Stock Condition & EPC Surveyor Contract: 3-6 Months We are currently recruiting for an experienced Stock Condition & EPC Surveyor to support a large-scale housing stock survey programme. This is an excellent opportunity for a surveyor with a strong background in residential property inspections, stock condition surveying, and energy assessments. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out approximately 4-6 property surveys per day, gathering accurate asset and compliance data, and updating information directly into Keystone Asset Management software. Key Responsibilities * Undertake stock condition surveys across residential housing stock. * Complete EPC assessments and produce accurate energy performance data. * Conduct 4-6 surveys per day across allocated properties. * Assess building components, lifecycle information, and property condition. * Identify and record health and safety hazards in accordance with HHSRS principles. * Accurately input survey findings into Keystone. * Liaise professionally with tenants and residents to arrange and conduct visits. * Ensure all survey data is collected to a high standard and within project deadlines. Essential Requirements * DEA (Domestic Energy Assessor) qualification. * HHSRS training and practical understanding of housing health and safety hazards. * Previous experience carrying out stock condition surveys within social housing or residential property portfolios. * Strong attention to detail and data collection skills. * Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
