Vivid's client in the East Midlands is currently looking for an experienced Housing Officer for a minimum of 3 months with the option to be extended depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a patch of properties across general needs housing
- Delivering tenancy management, estate inspections, and resident engagement
- Handling ASB, tenancy breaches, safeguarding, and complex casework
- Managing low-level arrears and supporting tenancy sustainment
- Working closely with internal teams and external agencies
- Ensuring excellent customer service and accurate case management
Requirements:
- Previous experience within social housing or local authority housing services
- Strong knowledge of tenancy and neighbourhood management
- Experience managing ASB and complex resident issues
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence preferred
