We are looking for a Visiting Officer to join our team, working five days a week on-site across the South East. This is a hands-on role requiring regular visits to properties and direct engagement with tenants, residents, and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Carrying out scheduled and reactive visits to properties
- Assessing property conditions and reporting issues
- Liaising with tenants, contractors, and internal teams
- Ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures
- Maintaining accurate records and reports following visits
- Supporting tenancy management and resolving on-site issues
About You
- Previous experience in a visiting, housing, enforcement, or field-based role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a busy schedule
- Good IT skills and accurate record keeping
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
