PRS Officer Location: London Contract: 12 Months Salary: Competitive, depending on experience We are currently seeking an experienced PRS Officer to join an organisation on a 12-month contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a housing professional with experience within the Private Rented Sector to take on a varied role, supporting the effective management and delivery of housing services. Key Responsibilities * Manage a portfolio of properties and tenancies within the Private Rented Sector. * Liaise with tenants, landlords, contractors and other stakeholders. * Support the delivery of effective tenancy and property management services. * Monitor property standards, compliance and tenancy conditions. * Manage and resolve tenancy-related issues and queries. * Coordinate repairs and maintenance where required. * Maintain accurate records and ensure relevant systems are kept up to date. * Support the organisation in delivering a high-quality service to customers. * Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain effective relationships. About You We are looking for someone with: * Previous experience within PRS, housing management or a related housing environment. * A good understanding of tenancy management and housing legislation. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * The ability to manage a varied caseload and prioritise effectively. * Excellent organisational and administrative skills. * The confidence to work independently and make appropriate decisions. * A customer-focused approach with the ability to deal effectively with challenging situations.
