A South London ICB is seeking an experienced Commissioning Manager to support the delivery of key commissioning, transformation and contract management priorities across Learning Disability, Autism and Mental Health services. This is an initial 6-month contract, offering 37 hours per week with flexible hybrid working. Applicants will only be required to attend site when necessary. Interviews are scheduled for next week.

The Role
You will work across integrated health and adult social care, leading and supporting commissioning projects, service transformation programmes and contract management activity across Learning Disability, Autism, Mental Health and other vulnerable population workstreams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading commissioning and service redesign projects
- Managing complex stakeholder relationships across NHS, Local Authority and VCSE partners
- Supporting procurement, contract management and market development activity
- Delivering transformation programmes and pathway redesign
- Producing reports, business cases and briefing papers for senior leaders
- Working collaboratively across integrated health and social care systems
Requirements
- Significant commissioning experience within an NHS, ICB, ICS or Local Authority setting
- Experience across Learning Disability, Autism and/or Mental Health services
- Strong programme, transformation or project management background
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders and provider organisations
- Excellent analytical, communication and influencing skills
- Understanding of integrated commissioning and partnership working across health and social care
