A leading commercial property consultancy is looking for an MRICS-qualified Surveyor to join their Central London Landlord & Tenant / Transaction Management team.
The role:
- Advising landlord and occupier clients on lease renewals, rent reviews and lease advisory matters
- Running transactions end to end: acquisitions, disposals, lease negotiations
- Managing client relationships and building your own instruction pipeline
- Working across a mixed commercial portfolio (office-led, some retail/industrial)
What we're looking for:
- MRICS qualified (or very close to sitting APC)
- 2+ years PQE in landlord & tenant, transaction management or asset management
- Central London market experience preferred
- Strong client relationship skills, comfortable running instructions independently
