Job Title: Property & Commercial Litigation Lawyer. Location: South London, England. Start Date: ASAP.
Our South London based client is recruiting for an Interim Litigation Lawyer to join them from July on an initial 6-month contract while they recruit on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities
- Manage your own caseload of commercial and property litigation matters.
- Previous experience supervising a team and delegating work to junior team members.
- Monitor and project the litigation pipeline, anticipated new instructions, work in progress (WIP), billing opportunities, capacity and resource requirements.
- Promote accountability, efficiency and high standards of client care.
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive considered
- Full-time hours
- Hybrid working available – 3 days in the office required
- Transparency with costs
- Demonstrate strong commercial judgement and be comfortable advising clients on sensible, cost-effective outcomes
