Hours 1-2 days/week on-site (negotiable) 37hr/week Day to Day * Monitor capital budgets, expenditure and forecasts. * Prepare capital budget monitoring reports. * Support year-end accounts and audit processes. * Maintain the fixed asset register and capital financing records. * Work with budget holders to investigate variances and resolve financial issues. Requirements (qualifications/experience) * Experience in capital accounting, ideally within local government. * Knowledge of capital expenditure, fixed assets and capital financing. * Strong Excel and financial reporting skills. * Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
