We’re looking for a Temporary Housing Officer to join our Housing and Community Services Team for a 3-month assignment based in Yorkshire. About the Role

As a Housing Officer, you’ll play a key role in providing effective tenancy and estate management. You’ll support residents to sustain their homes, ensure compliance with housing regulations, and lead sheltered scheme managers to deliver safe, well-managed, and engaged communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver responsive tenancy and leasehold management services
  • Manage rent collection and arrears, promoting financial wellbeing
  • Tackle anti-social behaviour and support tenancy sustainment
  • Lead and motivate sheltered scheme managers
