We’re looking for a Temporary Housing Officer to join our Housing and Community Services Team for a 3-month assignment based in Yorkshire. About the Role
As a Housing Officer, you’ll play a key role in providing effective tenancy and estate management. You’ll support residents to sustain their homes, ensure compliance with housing regulations, and lead sheltered scheme managers to deliver safe, well-managed, and engaged communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver responsive tenancy and leasehold management services
- Manage rent collection and arrears, promoting financial wellbeing
- Tackle anti-social behaviour and support tenancy sustainment
- Lead and motivate sheltered scheme managers
- Promote resident involvement and engagement
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and partner organisations
