A Lancashire-based local authority is looking for an experienced Interim Building Surveyor to support their Housing team on a full-time basis. The role will focus on carrying out Stock Condition Surveys, HHSRS inspections, and managing Damp & Mould cases across the council’s housing stock. You’ll be working closely with tenants, contractors, and internal teams to help ensure homes are safe, compliant, and maintained to a high standard.

Key duties:

  • Stock Condition Surveys across residential properties
  • HHSRS assessments and reporting
  • Investigation and management of Damp & Mould cases
  • Preparing technical reports and recommendations

Requirements:
