One of my clients based in Greater Manchester is looking for a Stock Condition Surveyor on an interim basis initially until March 2026!

Ideally you will:
Be RICS or CIOB qualified (although not essential) but HNC would be helpful
Based in a commutable distance to Greater Manchester
Have 2+ years experience within Building Surveying in a social housing capacity.

Updating the Asset Management database
Writing reportsThe client are also quite flexible on office presence as you will be managing your own diary and therefore on site the majority of the time. They would require you in the office at least once per week.
