A Local Authority client of ours is currently seeking an interim Estates Surveyor in Worcestershire for an initial 6 months.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Navigate landlord and tenant matters, including rent reviews, lease renewals, rent arrears, and new lettings.
  • Lead general estates management initiatives and actively participate in asset management tasks and general queries.
  • Service charge work.

Qualifications:

  • MRICS qualification and Registered Valuer status is not mandatory.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in commercial Estates Management is essential, preferably within a Local Authority context, the portfolio is solely commercial.

Work Arrangement:

  • Enjoy a flexible work week with one in-office presence per week and the convenience of remote work for the rest.
