A Local Authority client of ours is currently seeking an interim Estates Surveyor in Worcestershire for an initial 6 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Navigate landlord and tenant matters, including rent reviews, lease renewals, rent arrears, and new lettings.
- Lead general estates management initiatives and actively participate in asset management tasks and general queries.
- Service charge work.
Qualifications:
- MRICS qualification and Registered Valuer status is not mandatory.
Experience:
- Proven experience in commercial Estates Management is essential, preferably within a Local Authority context, the portfolio is solely commercial.
Work Arrangement:
