My client based in Surrey is seeking a highly experienced housing enforcement consultant on a 6-month contract who has thorough experience across HMO inspections and rogue landlords. The ideal candidate would have sound local authority knowledge and someone who could really hit the ground running. The client is offering highly competitive hourly rates of £40ph and require an immediate start date.
