Vivid's client in the South East is currently looking for an experienced Housing Officer for a minimum of 12 months with the option to be extended depending on experience.

About the Role:

  • Responsible for the management of internal and external communal areas
  • Work with appropriate partners and support agencies to assist in the resolution of ASB cases, including mediation where appropriate
  • Collect evidence of ASB, including witness and impact statements and liaise with legal adviser
  • Responsible for regular estate inspections and identify hazards, communal repairs and any service failures
  • Action any fire risk assessment recommendations
  • Provide tenancy advice and guidance
