Hertfordshire | Hybrid / Remote | Patch visits approx. 3 days per week
An experienced Housing Officer is required for a 3-month interim assignment managing a general needs patch across Hertfordshire. This is a varied, frontline role covering core housing management functions, with a particular need for someone confident handling anti-social behaviour cases alongside wider tenancy management responsibilities.

- Good working knowledge of ASB case management and resolution
- Experience of patch-based working, inspections and customer-facing visits
- Understanding of safeguarding and multi-agency working
- Ability to hit the ground running in an interim environment
The role offers hybrid/remote working, with an expectation of patch-based visits around three days per week.
