Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a local authority authority in the West Midlands who are looking to hire a housing/ASBs lawyer for an interim 6 month rolling contract to cover a permanent recruitment drive.

The role would require candidates to conduct their own advocacy as and when required (on average several times per month) and so local candidates are encouraged to apply.

The Role:

– Covers a broad caseload of housing matters autonomously (predominantly ASBs and Possessions),

– Requires a start date in ASAP,

– Conducting advocacy in court (candidates must have prior experience with non-contested hearings),

– Have two employment references available upon request,

– Candidates without a public sector background will be considered for this post.
