Your day to day duties will include:
- Interviewing and advising homeless people in relation to all available housing opportunities
- Providing advice regarding their rights and responsibilities
- Giving appropriate assistance to such customers in accordance with the Council's statutory duties under the Housing Act 1996 Section 190 and Section 192
- Referring homeless people to suitable available housing options speedily and efficiently
- Providing long term solutions and upkeeping customer relations
