Your day to day duties will include:

  • Interviewing and advising homeless people in relation to all available housing opportunities
  • Providing advice regarding their rights and responsibilities
  • Giving appropriate assistance to such customers in accordance with the Council's statutory duties under the Housing Act 1996 Section 190 and Section 192
  • Referring homeless people to suitable available housing options speedily and efficiently
  • Providing long term solutions and upkeeping customer relations
