Harlow District Council is seeking an Interim Emergency Planning and Resilience Manager to lead emergency planning, resilience, response and recovery for the district.
The role is temporary and part-time (3 days per week) with 2 on-site days at Harlow.
The successful candidate will upskill Local Authority Liaison Officers, train duty Incident managers and oversee rest centre arrangements, risk assessments and business continuity planning.
