Building Surveyor (Damp/Mould) Temporary, Part-time 3 days (flexible) 33-38 per hour (umbrella)
Location: Oxfordshire Building Surveyor (Damp re looking for a skilled Building Surveyor to lead damp, mould and condensation diagnostics across our homes.
You ll carry out detailed inspections, identify root causes, and produce clear technical recommendations.
You ll specify and oversee remedial works, manage contractors to ensure high quality outcomes, and provide clear, supportive communication to residents throughout each case.
With strong knowledge of housing standards and building pathology, you ll ensure full compliance, maintain accurate records, and help us drive long term improvements to keep our homes safe, healthy and sustainable.
